Hiciv deyince aklıma her daim ilk olarak Neyzen Tevfik gelir, kendisi hakkında detaylı bilgiye buradan ulaşabilirsiniz. Kendisi hakkında kesin olarak söyleyebileceğim en önemli özelliği, müthiş derecede şaşırtan bir karakter. Şiirlerinde hiç bir şekilde, hiç bir sözü söylemekten geri durmayan bir üslubu var, haliyle sansüre maruz kalması kaçınılmaz. Okumaktan keyif alsam bile burada paylaşmayı düşünmüyorum, okumak isterseniz her yerde bulabilirsiniz şiirlerini. Bana bu kadar şaşırtıcı gelmesinin en büyük nedeni ise ilk olarak okuduğum ve tanımama vesile olan anladın mı adını verdiği şiiridir, okuduğunuz vakit ne demek istediğimi çok iyi anlayacağınızı biliyorum.
Barışmadı gönlüm merd ile zenle,
Ne bir iş bilenle, ne boş gezenle
Hicran köşesinde bozuk düzenle,
NEYZEN'e her telden çaldırdın felek!
Felek şiirinden okuduğunuz dörtlüğün sonunda anlayacağınız gibi her telden çaldığına dert yanıyor kendisi :)

Adam sanıp aldanma her gördüğüne,
