Another discovery on helping Steemian on Steemit community discovered. It is no news that some minnows has been having issues on upvote on there post.
This month I clock four months on Steemit community and since my resumption I have always look for means to help minnows and Steemit username generally.
I say no no to plagiarism so if you like copy and paste this may not be good for you and will not even help the community generally.

Tpot was established by @ghayas first of November, 2017 and notion simply means Tea Pot that implies pour yourself some Tea
After some study on the whitepaper of Teapot it was discovered that for you to pour in yourself some Tea you have to fill the Tea Pot first.
What is this Tea Pot all about*
Tpot is a community, which stand the trademark of looking after all members well being in posting and rewarding, also the common goal of Tpot is using each other as a ladder while reaping proportionate economic benefits on their much deserved contents.
From my study, I discovered that Tpot is a venture on STEEM blockchain but still looking at more projects and have intention of moving onto other platforms.
Why Tpot?
If you are familiar with Steemit community you understand there are two types of bots operation in the community.
1.) Instant bots: These are the bot that have a defined limits, which means steemian send money and receive a certain RIO. You will agree with me some of this bots has restrictions like the amount of money to send, some gives low ROI and there limits is uncertainty.
Some understanding I got too is on the viewing part, they are often lesser than the upvotes received, this simply means nobody is reading the post hence the writer hasn't been paid for the work that he did.
2.) Bidding bots: These are the bots usually sleep for a certain period of time. During this period people sends a certain amount and when the bot wakes up it votes on all the requested posts on proportionate basis. Simply ransacked you don't know what proportion of power you will receive.

Tpot has two plans
A Tpot plan to have 10-20 Members in the group thereby every member will be allowed to post only one article in their respective discord channel. That post will receive upvote from the group members in the channel and also from Tpot.
