ATN Weekly Update - May 11th 2018
ATN is aimed at connecting AI and blockchain to create a next-generation blockchain platform with AI services. It takes advantage of a multi-centered distribution platform of shared AI services to provide AI technologies and big data worldwide while nurturing an AI ecosystem globally.
As always, we would like to provide you with an update on the ATN project and publish our developments. Thank you for taking the time to read our weekly updates.
Project Development
- Finish the AGT to ATN airdrop.
- People who used the long term holding ATN contract can ask for their token back plus the reward.
- Summarize the historical security flaws and attacks of the smart contracts and public blockchain, and integrate into the ATN’s security development guidelines.
- Continue improvement on the public chain and research on Golang optimisation tools.
- Public chain hybrid consensus, interoperability, and Oracle research and improvement.
- AI Researches about image recognition based on deep convolutional neural network (like VGG and GoogleNet) and about image style transfer based on generative adversarial network (GAN).
- Research on zero knowledge proof and prepare to integrate it in our product.

Community News
To make it more convenient for business expansion and carrying out community operations, the ATN Foundation has decided that it will discontinue the use of the AGT (genesis) token, and convert all AGT to ATN going forward. Therefore, the ATN Foundation has frozen AGT transfers, and taken snapshots of AGT addresses. It has already successfully used these snapshots to airdrop ATN for the equivalent amount of AGT in a 1:1 ratio.
At 15:00 (UTC+2) on May 9th, RightBTC officially allowed users to deposit ATN to their accounts. At 15:00 (UTC+2) on May 10th, ATN trading was made available for the trading pairs ATN/BTC and ATN/ETH. At 15:00 (UTC+2) on May 11th, RightBTC will allow ATN users to withdraw money from their accounts (RightBTC currently ranks No. 31 on CMC for 24-hour trading volume).
Atmatrix attended the Omaha Dialogue and Buffett Shareholders’ meeting, and listened to the "God of the equity" very carefully as he talked about his investment experience. Additionally, Atmatrix was also able to trigger a trend of “blockchain + AI” in China and American's investment field.
In order to strengthen the communication and corporation of graphene blockchain technologies worldwide, the 2018 Global Graphene Blockchain Developers’ meeting was held in Shanghai from May 5th to May 6th. There were thousands of guests present. As the first blockchain + AI project worldwide, ATN also attended this meeting to consult with top graphene technology developers worldwide about the future development of such technologies.
Team Dynamics
ATN has an excellent team whose members include experienced developers of top AI and big data companies as well as those from Ethereum and other major blockchain projects. Recently, ATN's technical team welcomed two members, Xavier Xia and Harry Yu to the team! Both will be mainly in charge of security, privacy protection of the blockchain as well as the underlying development of blockchain.
Harry Yu graduated from Xi'an University of Electronic Technology with a master's degree in electronics and communications engineering. He has a solid background in computer theory and is proficient in C++, Python, Erlang, Golang and other computer languages. After graduating, he worked for communications giant Ericsson and the East China Institute of Computing Technology.
In addition to receiving his bachelor's degree in engineering from Fudan University, Xavier also has a master's degree in computer security and a Ph.D. in computer science from Birmingham University. He has extensive experience in software security, privacy protection, and medical data security standardization.
