Tiny Homes

My son Joe is involved with a real estate development project involving ‘tiny’ homes. Each module has around 400 square feet. I visited the project today and got some pictures (below)

These homes are perfect for an individual or a young couple. Let’s begin the tour. This is the outside view.

The white attachment on the end is temporary stairs. Finished models will have permanent stairs and likely a wrap around deck.

Coming in the door, the shower and toilet ar on the right.

Traveling straight ahead there are doors to access the closet and storage shelves.

Just before the kitchen you find a built-in washer/dryer.

The kitchen includes cabinets, drawers, a sink and a 2 burner cook top. Dishwashers are optional.

This model has two steps down into a living area. There is slide out storage under the hallway floor area. The couch folds out to allow a queen size slide out bed to take up the floor space below the TV.

The module ends wit an area surrounded by windows.

This home is cheaper than local apartments. They offer incredible efficiency and convenience.

Joe’s tiny home neighborhood has 80 open spots that go on sale March 1, Let’s hope they all sell out. In a few weeks.
