You probably understand that we want to give STEEM a BOOST! We have better chance of doing this if we encourage people to bring "NEW MONEY" in STEEM. This is why we have the 100 STEEM Power up limit and only for the last 24 h. If we start counting all the power ups, too many people will "have the right to be in our list" every day! Think about the STEEM BOOSTER list as a daily discovery tool of active STEEM believers. You are not the first user with this "problem" . We will find solution for your type of engagement too! Maybe create one special day from time to time for "full powered up users" ?
Sounds like the steem power up is for rich people. I live from pay check to paycheck like alot of other steemians, yet i have never taken out any of my money from SD, nor have i ever powered down in over 4 months that i have been on steemit! Plus i do alot of advocateing for people to always power up. Good luck to you! But alot of us just cant afford, at least not yet! Plus it sounds complicated and most of us just dont have the time . 😉
