It turns out, the foliage is not cleaned up in Portugal. Everyone go, rustling, breathing the smell of fallen leaves, however, the leaves are not dusty, even though Lisbon is a very big city.
But much animals for birds's food winter in the leaves. Only we did not want to understand this, and continue to direct aesthetic procedure on the lawns.
That's not totally true. Portuguese people clean the foliage, not at all the time, but they are cleaned by city/county workers.
