Great insight there. I am currently running a research on feedback mechanism. Certainly this is one of the most powerful management tools but sadly many do no maximize it's usefulness. Thank you for sharing.

That is very true @clixmoney, we need to always find and pay attention to those who respond to our creation, that will motivate them to continue the love they have for us.
