And only once -

No rehearsals

All this I remind myself

And pop my head on the mobile

Why should be present?

The most fun escape is not to deal

Or at least postponed to another date

After all, I have said so far

Suitable for others and not for me

And the mobile? 5 percent battery

I find yoga a great way to stay in the present. I'm usually stuck thinking about the future but this helps a lot
