Staying Farm Fit

 

Fitness is something that you work for. No matter what you are doing, or what your life looks like, if you want to achieve fitness you have to work for it. 

I have been working toward something the even resembles fit for a long time haha. Currently I walk with Stacie D (@freedomtowrite) 6 days a week, and then we practice yoga. We normally walk about 25 minutes, and then yoga lasts from 25-45 minutes. 

Working around the farm gives me a chance to use different muscles and move in a way that doesn't really come through yoga. I work alot with different tools and equipment. I lift alot of wood and chains. 

One day I know that I will reach what I am looking for. Some days I feel like I am too big, other days I feel like I am too small. One thing is for sure...I have not done everything that I hope to do. In another post I showed my first hand stand. I hope to be able to do a hand stand in the middle of the floor! I also want to drop as much fat as possible. Once I drop the fat, I would like to make stronger but smaller muscles. To retain strength without having to be so large. 

For now, I am going to do whatever it takes to feel good and live the life that I want. It takes work and it takes practice. I want to encourage you to do whatever it takes to be what you want!

Me and my hubby are taking time to eat more veggies! Nd it feels great to be able to have more energy! Walking around our country farmland is always a lovely time! Its amazing how vegetables and fresh air make you feel so great!

Haha it sure is. I love it. Eating what your body needs and breathing in some good air!
