This post could go one of many ways as I write it. The intention is to keep it positive, even in the doom and gloom of parts. The things that are r things that will be, are often simplified to that's the way the world works. Pretty much it is true. The question I put forward to you is. Is that the only way a world population can work. If your answer is yes to that, there is no point to read any further.
The availability of everything that is needed to make a change is there except one thing, "Your Support!". The amazing thing now is this support does not have to hold a financial cost for you. Not a single penny and you can contribute to making a difference. It will take some of your time. It will take as long as it takes for you to vote on The Hive post each day. This might open up some questions. Some I will try answer below.
What does voting on a Hive post do?
It grows us, enables us to do more reward more and grow at a faster pace. We are but a sprouting seed right now. With three leafs to convert those Steem vote rays into energy to help us grow.
Doesn't that do the same for everyone?
Yes it does, our project is different to other projects. We believe this project is the foundation other projects can branch from and grow with support from a solid community foundation.
We are not designed to do only one thing we are designed to branch out and grow community support and integration. With a 24% increase in our core Steem power over three months, we must be getting something right.
Is there anything in it for me?
Yes off course, there are some rewards available right now in our vote bomb promotion, Participation in this promotion brings available other promotions we have running. Possible future dividends for members' are being examined
We are working on a new project too. Quite a few details need to be worked out on this project and some SP needs to be created to fund it which will take a little time. The funding for this project is growing. Gaining a little pace too. Maybe that is just our own growth and complementary integration of promotions influencing the return.
That's enough to make a difference, my vote to The Hive?
Not exactly. Your vote and many other votes are needed. Together those votes help us all grow. In turn we grow each other in the community. We combine all those micro votes and put them back to work for you.
There are many other projects out there that deserve attention. The Hive project will when developed be able to provide some of that attention. This is us trying to do something and provide a method to give back to community projects on a wider and bigger scale. Together we are growing and together we can make a difference. Not to vote, for a better future. Not to try make a better world for all populations now and in the future. Not to invest now in future generations, our children and grandchildren and theirs on too. Not to is to do nothing.
We hear speech all the time of decentralisation and Crypto along with the block-chain can make that work. The majority of the time it is those who are already vested in Crypto. In a smaller percentage of the Crypto world we hear of projects being funded or started by Crypto. We see Nothing toward changing how those circumstances came about. Policies and influence, we can change all these things by working together. Voting together. This post is the place to start. Vote Here! and start to make a difference.

By working together, by giving one vote one day in one week, it is not a lot. What will it cost you? Nothing. Are you saving that one vote a week for some super special whale vote that is going to give you a big fat sloppy whale kiss on one of your post? You are more likely to get farted on by that whale. I myself no longer give out 100% full power votes very often. Two place that do get them, Here at @thehive, and over at @friendsofgondor. One a week two, (for me), mandatory full power votes.
Why? Because one, (@thehive), helps my account grow, helps me, so I help them, plus I believe in what it is trying to do. Just what is it trying to do you may ask, it is trying to make a difference in people's lives on steemit.
Number two,(@friendsofgondor), like the hive they are trying to make a difference in people's lives on steemit, they were started and created to help Flag War innocent bystander collateral damage.
So like the post ask does it have to stay the way it is because that's the way it has always been? Do we need wars because we have always had wars? Peace does not mean stagnation, change does not mean chaos. We can choice to make no try at changing things or we can cast a vote, and try to make a change, no matter how small.
I do like the idea of initiatives that help people grow, rather than just help them "make money" which seems to have a very heavy focus in this community.

We might need to help them make money so they can grow. There is no one way to make everything right, we can make some things easier though. With less reliance on the need for finance, can open many doors to many people.
