I looked at both...What I am saying is that the title is:

"Whales Pump OZChart to Trending #4, 6, 7, Total Over $300"

That title sounds to me like they were already whistleblowing on the matter...but then you downvoted it. Which would mean that you downvoted a link that was already letting people know what is (possibly) happening.
I'm really NOT trying to sound like an asshole, like @timbo has assumed that I am, I'm simply trying to understand what this post is about - because at the moment, it makes no sense.

EDIT: The link to the post you provided was under the "whistleblowing" tag...the tag still shows in the first link you posted. Are you seeing what I'm saying now?
