The DAO's shock

Will the gap of rich and poor in the world expand or will it shrink? Perhaps it may be that a new service by block chain technology like the dao holds a fate. Even so, Japan is always behind the scenes. In order not to miss the world, I also hope that law reform should be done promptly.
