Final payout was 1.262... I will round to 1.3 SBD and add 0.1 to the participation prize
1.3 * 0.4 = 0.52 First place and #Newbieresteemday first place
1.3 * 0.2 = 0.26+.1=0.36 / 12 = 0.03 per contestant that voted
I added the comment prize to the participation prize.
