A great big THANK YOU to @lyndsaybowes, because I was the recipient of not one, but TWO of her charity posts! I kept the few SBD aside because I might need it for rent, which goes up in August. Sigh!

I did finally get the drains clear and a load of dishes done, hooray! It's been a quiet day so far. Still recovering from being kinda sick this week. But I've been more energetic, while sick, because my body is weird.

I just noticed yesterday that a tiny spider living by my bathtub caught and killed a (comparatively giant) housefly. I confess I don't cohabitate with spiders very well, but this one gets to stay. I've got flies coming in droves from somewhere!
I have Spider Rules. Not too big, not near my vulnerable areas (tub, toilet, bed, where I work and sit at the table). I have had a couple in the kitchen for years and we're cool. ;) And another - maybe still? - in my jade plant.
