Thallium-201

Thallium-201 decays by electron capture and has a physical half-life of 73 hours. Its daughter is the stable Mercury-201, which emits gamma rays with energy of 69-83 keV and 135 keV. For this reason, we use two energy windows when imaging with thallium.
