วันหยุด ก็นี้เลย ส้มตำปูปลาร้า เตรียมมะละกอ พริก 13 เม็ด คือเป็นคนทานเผ็ด กระเทียม จัดไป 3 กลีบ มีน้ำปลาร้าต้มสุก น้ำปลาเตรียมไว้เหยาะ ชูรสเต็มตามชอบ ปูเค็ม 1 ตัว น้ำมะนาวมีก็จัดไป มะเขือเทศ มะเขือเปราะ ้สียดายไม่มีใบกระเทียม เครื่องปรุงรสจังเตรียมไม่คบ ก็จัดการโขลกพริกกระเทียมพอหยาบๆ ใส่เครื่องลงไป จัดแบบ 3 รส เผ็ด เปรี้ยว เค็ม รสนัวแซบเวอร์ ค่ะ ทานกับปลาหมอไข่ทอด
