Thai New Year Festival at Amarin Plaza, เทศกาลสงกรานต์ที่อมรินทร์พลาซ่า
This year, Thai New Year's day falls on Saturday 14th April, the festival starts on Friday13th to Sunday 15th April.
At Amarin Plaza, which is opposite Gaysorn shopping mall and next to the Hyatt Erawan Hotel, has organised a "Go Local" New Year Festival. The theme is north-eastern culture with a food bazaar and craft and hand-made shops. The food and drink sold here are above the average in terms of quality and prices. But these are still cheaper than in most popular restaurants. In side the building, there are also lots of activities such as a market for traditional Thai silk and textiles, souvenirs, lots of sweets and food, including a gallery for taking vintage photos. This post will be a blitz of photos.

วันสงกรานต์ปีนี้ตรงกับวันเสาร์ที่ 14 เมษายน แต่เทศกาลสงกรานต์เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 13 ถึง วันที่ 15 เมษายน ที่อมรินทร์พลาซ่า ซึ่งอยู่ตรงข้ามกับเกสร และติดกับโรงแรมไฮแอทเอราวัณ กำลังจัดเทศกาลส่งเสริมให้คนซื้อของ และเที่ยวท้องถิ่นในต่างจังหวัดของไทย โดยมีการตกแต่งสถานที่แบบธีมของอีสาน และมีการออกร้านขายอาหารที่มีคุณภาพ เช่น อาหารทะเล และมีการออกร้านขายของงานทำมือและงานฝีมือด้วย ส่วนภายในอาคารมีร้านขายผ้าไหม ผ้าทอมือ ขนมและอาหารไทย ของชำร่วย และมีร้านถ่ายรูปแบบแต่งตัวย้อนยุคอีกด้วย
