What do you think - are hotpants for teenagers ok?

when I made a break from work, I saw this:

about 50 teenagers, each one of them just wearing hotpants.

Some people say we should prevent our children from this early sexualization. I never really thought about it, but I was a little bit shocked that each one of these young girls dressed this short.

What do you think about it?
