Nice to meet a fellow DDG fan. I also use the Brave browser for enhanced privacy and dignity. https://www.qwant.com seems like a good option too. But I didn't switch as I'm already satisfied with DDG.

Same here. DDG totally satisfies my needs and when I think it may not cater to my query, I usually know what bang to query, even before asking the ducks.
Because of that I haven’t really given qwant a genuine chance to prove itself.
Brave is an awesome browser and definitely part of my arsenal. If only they had MetaMask as an extension already. As an Alfred app user on desk/laptop I am not too fuzzed about no password manager integration yet. I’ve got a hotkey for all my password managers.
