I propose that we as humans may already have become CYBORGS.
Steve Mann, the inventor of many "reality mediation" type glasses, was assaulted back in 2012. He has been wearing glasses that augment perception of reality since the 1980's.
Steve Mann was assaulted at a McDonalds in Paris, France by their employees for reasons not very well known in 2012. Apparently the employees tried to remove the glasses from his face after him and his family had sat down to eat. However the glasses Steve was using during that time required special tools for them to be removed. The employees threw Steve out of the store, purportedly for being "different".
Now let's travel backwards a few hundred years and put Steve Mann in a local eatery in Paris, France during the year 1600. His family just became very strange in the eyes of the public and were burned at the stake for being witches.
Ok maybe the public didn't burn his family.
Their perception drastically changed though.
Fast forward back to present day.
What does that look like?
Within most phones we can find a unique character inside.
A character that is an individual amongst the vast sea of cellular phones. A personality and traits that become apart of that handheld technology. Embedded in the memory of our close friends you may find secrets that no other human knows.

Yeah I considered it could be zero. I already delegated the 250 as well. I'm willing to try it out for a bit and see how it works. Can't we remove our delegation anytime though?
