Moving to iOS 12 is faster than iOS 11

Already at levels above 50%
Apple publishes the first release date for iOS 12 and they are good against iOS 11 last year, says The Verge, citing VentureBeat. In 23 days, the new operating system is already installed on 50% of all compatible devices.

For comparison, iOS 11, which was released on September 19, 2017, achieved 52% spread only on 6 November of the same year. This means a total of 48 days or twice as much as needed on iOS 12 to reach 50%.

From the Apple Developer Portal, the distribution levels are higher for devices released over the past four years. the percentage is 53%.
