Yes, Dubai government is more open to innovation like this. In the USA everyone would be too afraid of a lawsuit and it much harder to pass regulations like they did in Dubai.
Yea of course. People here would be quick to sue.
It will come to the USA once there enough money behind it to lobby regulations. This could change the way busy business Executives get around in major cities. Like they say time is money.
Yea it might be adopted first by exucutives for example before its rolled out to the public.
It would be faster and safer for high-level businesses executives to just fly to one building at a time instead of walking and driving on the ground if you have a meeting at another highrise.
