I'm from the Netherlands and this was new for me. Started looking through the articles and after four links I found a news post (from April) on the NOS site about it. I wonder if this will pass, the senate is notorious of shooting these brain-farts from the parliament down. Good for the environment, but bad for the Dutch economy (which is most of the time the most important thing for most political parties).
