I am Milinnys, the owner of the "i" - A curious and adventurous Venezuelan

Hello, I'm Milinnys Gutiérrez, "the owner of the i" so a famous author referred to me when I asked him to autograph his book, and I'm very happy to be part of this platform and start this project. Later I will tell you why. For the moment I want to tell you a little about who I am.

I was born on April 20 (the month where the most beautiful are born), in Cabimas, Zulia state, Venezuela. I have a degree in Industrial Relations (HR) and Inspectorate of Safety, Hygiene and Environment, both degrees obtained at the Dr. Rafael Belloso Chacín University in Maracaibo, city where I currently live. On the other hand, it should be noted that the first university studies I studied was a degree in Hispanic Literature, but I only reached the 8th semester (bad for me, since the world of literature is brilliant, exciting and captivating, or not?).

I am the youngest daughter of a great teacher by vocation and the most beautiful mechanic of the city of Cabimas. I define myself as an enthusiastic, adventurous, very creative, optimistic, persevering, loyal, romantic, enduring friend, believer and follower of Almighty God. Among the activities that I enjoy most are the Cinema, travel, eating pizza, drinking coffee with milk, stalking the best application of ideas from the network and making crafts.

I am excited about this project, because as you know in this country the salaries do not reach you at all and as I now have a sweetheart waiting for me at home, I decided to leave for now the world of full work days and generate really profitable income. And voila! I heard from Steemit. Then I said to myself: This is the opportunity to share all my knowledge and at the same time be well rewarded for that. It should be noted that I am a teacher (like my mom) frustrated and I always want to share what I know.

About my knowledge topics, I stand out in the area of Human Resources, not only because I graduated, but also I have at least 13 years working with personnel management and more especially in the Recruitment and Selection subsystem. I started in the great school of fast food franchises and later I became the Human Talent Specialist for the Western Region of the largest financial institution in the country.

This meant mainly recruiting Human Talent in a massive way for the 40 offices of the commercial network, plus the legal, agricultural and risk area of the entity. In this place I certified as a co-evaluator in the Psychological test application (No Correction) and a specialist in the Assessment Center Technique and I give infinite thanks to God for that opportunity, since from there I was able to become an external consultant for other small companies in the area of Mass Recruitment and SHA, which has meant an important growth in my career, which I want to share with you. In this sense, I hope that my material can be useful for those students, professionals and institutions that require content in this regard.

Additionally, in my free time I am happy doing crafts. And without wanting to, but wanting to have them become my source of income in several independent periods, I will write about these ideas later on.
