What is Tau Fu Fah ?

In Malaysia, Tau Fu Fah is basically a Chinese dessert made with scoops of very soft soybean pudding, silky white as snow, delicately placed on top of each other. It is smooth and soft in texture. Once it is in your mouth, it melts. This very soft 'tofu' is usually eaten with clear sweet ginger syrup or sometimes with the black syrup ( Gula Melaka ) .

In Ipoh, they serve it with cendol and red beans, weird combo, but taste great!
