Our Happy Mansion journey did not stop at Hello by Kitchen Mafia. After the main course, we went to have some dessert at Kwong Wah.

Hereby I introduce to you....one of Malaysians favourite dessert....C.E.N.D.O.L!!!
There is actually not a lot of preparations to make this mouthwatering dessert. However it is not as easy as you think. To make a delectable and famous bowl of cendol, the sugar syrup as well as the coconut milk have to be fragrant, the red beans have to be soft and the green rice flour jelly has to be fresh. All these goodness are then topped on a bowl of finely shaved ice. I can certainly say that the owner has already mastered the art of cendol making. How not to salivate!😭
