Hello fellow steemians!

Welcome to my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Australian Monday - where the winner of the weekly round will be able to participate for the total of 150 SBD! Today you can participate by submitting your personal pictures from your travels to a continent of Australia. I am also adding a New Zealand to the same challenge as there were some concerns from other steemians to which continent will NZ go to.

Your entries need to be submitted by the midnight of Central European Time in order to be considered for the challenge with a description of approximately 30 to 50 words. Only one picture to be submitted for a daily photo challenge. The rule number one is to use only personal images. Ten winning photos will receive an upvote from me from which I will pick one winner that will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts.

The winner of daily challenge then competes against winners from other continental challenges of the respective week to receive the price of 15 SBD. That will be decided by you based on the dollar value of upvotes of my winning post announcement. The winning weekly picture then automatically enters other rounds for the price of 150 SBD in total.

Please see the Asian Sunday winner and give him support by upvoting his winner announcement post if you like his image to be the one winning the weekly price and entering the other stages of the 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge:

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Asian Sunday week #8 - winner announcement!

@justdentist Asian Sunday entry:

It's sunday again. Today want to share with you another picture of the Guilin Fisherman. Back in the days they were real cormorant fisherman. Nowadays they work as models for tourists 😜 The riverbed of the Liang River and the famous Karst landscape mountains in the background.

🇳🇿New Zealand🇳🇿

Last weeks New Zealand entry was shot from the same location - our B&B terrace in Plimmerton. For three days each sunrise and sunset was different. A dark blue cloudy sky, the last orange-yellowish sunbeams of the day and turquoise reflections on the right side in the water. I loved this spot!

Have a great evening everybody:)

Great entry, thank you so much for that!

Australia's Biggest Trees

The image below shows one of the biggest trees in the world (in terms of diameter). It is a red tingle tree from the Valley of the Giants, near Walpole, Western Australia. In the old days before conservationists realised the impact they were having people used to park their cars inside the tree for a photo! Despite the burnt out look, the tree is actually still alive and healthy.

All paths lead to Arthur's Pass

This was taken on our casual 30+km hike around the amazing Arthur's Pass in New Zealand. We started to feel some kind weird vibration/noise and saw that a train is coming behind us, it was really sneaky.

The face of Mount Beerwah

Here is the view once you get to Mount Beerwah. It is the highest of all the volcanic plugs found in the park (Glass House Mountains). Starting off on this hike/climb was difficult because the first part is very steep. I was literally shaking when I started the climb. Knowing facts that some areas of the climb is a danger zone (rocks could fall anytime) didn't help at all.

Another great entry by you. Thank you so much for your continued support. Tomas

Liked this photo of the fisherman ...perfect one..
