Today I will introduce to you restaurant "Bánh Mì Phượng". The place occupies a lot of special feelings of tourists by simple dishes that are very delicious.
“Phuong bread” is not only the most famous bread in Hoi An but also in the top bread of Vietnam. Follow me!
Location
It is located near the old town, on the road Phan Chau Trinh. Located at the beginning of the road so easy to find it, next to the bread oven, to provide bread shop.
Space
Small and very crowded. Mostly foreigners. There is a seating area for guests and a second floor. Nothing special. Everyone often will buy bread and take a walk on the street. Enjoy it and watch the beauty of Hoi An.
Quality
Holding the cake on hand nothing impressive until the first meal. The crispy bread, the layers of people mixed together create a delicious taste for this bread. I’m not a fan of bread. I don’t like bread made from flour. But when I try the bread here is really different. Many types of topping include vegetables, meats ,. . . eat not bored. I ordered bread mixed and barbecue bread. The cake is very crunchy, the tip of the spike is very characteristic, I like the barbecue bread, very special pepper, meat is also very good.
The menu and price
Menu is very diverse. Bread prices average from 15. 000 to 35.000 vnđ. Here sell the drinking water again, the price of 10,000 vnđ a bottle of mineral water, 15. 000 with soda. I think the price in the restaurant is the same as other tourist sites. ( expensive)
Serve
The staff of the restaurant is always handy to make delicious bread to sell to the customers. Small restaurant but 7, 8 people stand order of guests and still not rest. Because there are so many guests. So they do not care too much about us. Only interested in making products.
In short, if you come to Hoi An, try this “Phuong bread”. Most foreigners love this Vietnamese bread. I hope you too. ^^
