Andok's Lechon Manok - La Tinidad, Benguet
This branch of Andok's newly opened and this is located at km. 6 La Trinidad. This is one of the lechon (grilled) chicken that I like. This always brings back memories whenever I see one.
This was my second choice today. My first one was another brand but I think we don't have it here in our town. I have to go to the city just to buy that. There they have a couple branches.
There are lots of different sellers of grilled chicken here in our town but this is my fave. I like their Dokitos, their own version of breaded chicken.
Today, I bought one grilled whole chicken. I did not have to wait long because they have plenty of cooked chicken already. I ordered, they bagged it, I paid, took my purchase and off I go.
My nephew told me while we were eating that he tasted lemon grass and he was right. They do put lemon grass and other spices while grilling and then removed it later on.
I asked them to chop the chicken for me before bagging it. One order of chicken comes with two packets of sarsa or gravy.
Aside from chicken, they also have grilled pork and milkfish. They also sell their own atchara or pickles and steamed rice.
Andok's Litson Manok is located at km. 6 La Trinidad just after Calajo and before Cowboy Town.
They only accept cash. This branch is for take out only
