Hot bowl of ramen at Tokushima

If you want a cheap filling meal, ramen is the best choice apart from sushi train. It is because it is hot and filling so you won’t leave hungry. Many times the ramen shops have their own home recipe soup so every store is different. Here I am taking you to Menoh. It was very easy. We bought our tickets from the ticket machine and gave it to the attendant inside so they can start making our noodles. There is also water available so we don’t need to order anything else to drink as we want to try the soup. They give your free marinated vegetables and bean sprouts so you can have as much as you want. Please don’t waste any food. Both side dishes was very yummy so it was great they give customers as much as they want. Something we also like is to add a little white pepper if you want a little spicy to your noodles.
The soup base was very nice. Very rich in flavour and mixed with the noodles, you want to have more and more. There is a marinated egg on the side which we ordered extra. It was very good with the noodles. Price is acceptable as it is ramen and even if you added extras like us it wouldn’t break the bank. Try to look for this ramen when you visit Tokushima.
