Curd of Traditional taste
There are 64 districts in Bangladesh. Most of the districs have reputations on different food. In comilla Rasmalai and Curd are famous. Bogra is also famous for Curd.
Curd is my favourite dessert as it full of becteria. Most of the becterias are beneficial to us.
Couple of days ago, i visited comilla city. I mentioned earlier, curd is special here in comilla. So after dinner went to nearest shop to buy curd of Comilla. Bought a kg of curd by about 2 USD.
After coming back to home with curd, enjoyed with family members. It was a nice experience and enjoyment with family while taking this dilicious dessert.
My family members also like curd as dessert. Its from the specialized place. Comilla has reputation on this dessert throughout the country. And i feel that, there are reason behind that. Sweet, Taste etc are all perfect. I must say, its a perfect making of curd. They uses this pot made with clay. Which makes the curd more dilicious.
