Drinks at Barrio Shibuya, Mexico
A few weeks ago we went to Barrio Shibuya a tiny cool Japanese restaurant in Mexico City, not the real neighborhood in Japan :(
We went there to meet some friends and have some beautiful drinks, like the ones in the pictures.
We usually like to have some cocktails before, after or during the dinner. This time we have them all the time because they were really delicious and gorgeous.
This restaurant is located inside one of the most touristic neighborhoods in the city. It is called La Condesa and there you will find a wide variety of restaurants from every cuisine of the world, or most of them.
Barrio Shibuya is a relatively new place and it’s a Japanese one, obviously you can get that by the name. It is a tiny place and you can get almost every Japanese dish you can ask. But what I like most about this place was the cocktails. Just look at them!
All of them have Sake mixed with citrus or fruit. I think they were not Japanese at all but they were tasty, fresh and strong.
I don't want to talk about the food in this post but I post this picture so you know I'm not an alcoholic :)
We had a really good time here and if you’re in town and craving Japanese food and some sake I recommend you this place. It’s not the best but it’s a good one.
