Timphan Berne Sagee, enjoy My favourite dessert
Timphan is one of the traditional cakes that can easily be found in almost every corner of a coffee shop in my city.
This cake wrapped in banana leaves is indeed one of the favorites. There are various variants of Timphan in Aceh, but this time I will invite taSteemian to get to know 'Timphan Berne Sagee', a cake made from sago palm trees, filled with sweet grated coconut, wrapped in banana leaves and steamed.
To enjoy this traditional cake, I usually visit one of the coffee shops that is quite well known in my city in the morning, it has become the right time to get a delicious traditional cake in the morning.
