Pizza & Vino
My choice for this week is called Pizza &Vino. It is not a very large but welcoming place. To welcome us there is the owner and very kindly makes us join the table (at weekends it is advisable to book otherwise you will hardly find a free table)
The environment is rustic but with several modern accents. The restaurant offers traditional appetizers (mozzarella, involtini, roasted mushrooms and seasoned with parsley and oil.
The house specialty is pizza: you will not find many pizzas available because the owner has chosen to aim for fresh and traditional products. The dough is very soft and fragrant and the long leavening makes the pizza very digestible.
The average cost is 15 euros (pizza, drink, sweet and bitter).

The pizza looks very appetizing, a little different than I'm used to seeing here in US, but still good. What kind of dessert is that? Sweet and bitter? What is that thing sitting on top? I'm curious about other country's food. ☺
