Masseria del Parco
Matera has a beautiful natural park where several villas have sprung up, later becoming reception rooms and farms. Masseria del Parco is a cross between the Masseria tradition and a banquet hall.
It preserves the bulk that in past years suited it as a farm producing oil and typical local products. The interiors have been fitted out with modern elements but without deviating too much from the rustic environment in which we find ourselves.
The exterior is very large and well maintained, with well-kept floral ornaments and a green and fragrant lawn. The interior room is well laid out, large and bright and the arrangement of the tables has been well taken care of, along with the ornaments. The staff and the dining room manager were welcoming, helpful and professional.
The many courses were all exceptional, not abundant but with a truly divine flavor. All the flavors were perceived, mostly produced in the Masseria or bought by very close companies.

Matera ha un bellissimo parco naturale in cui sono sorti diverse ville, diventate poi sale da ricevimenti e masserie. Masseria del Parco è una via di mezzo tra la tradizione Masseria ed una sala ricevimenti.
Esso conserva la mastranza che negli anni passati le si addiceva come azienda agricola produttrice di olio e prodotti tipici locali. Gli interni sono stati allestiti con elementi moderni ma senza troppo discostarsi dall'ambiente rustico in cui ci troviamo.
Gli esterni sono molto ampi e ben curati, con ornamenti floreali ben curati ed un prato verdeggiante e profumato. La sala interna è ben disposta, ampia e luminosa e la disposizione dei tavoli è stata ben curata, assieme agli ornamenti. Il personale ed il direttore di sala sono stati accoglienti, disponibili e professionali.
Le numerose portate erano tutte eccezionali, non abbondanti ma dal sapore davvero divino. Si percepivano tutti i sapori, prodotti per la maggior parte coltivate in Masseria oppure comprate da aziende molto vicine.
