Bali Food Guide - #11 Nude, Canggu

The Nude in Canggu was one of my favorites for a long time since they make really awesome food. It was one of the first restaurants in Canggu offering healthy salad bowls and all kind of different burgers.

I still love to go there but it is definitely one of the pricier ones. Still good for what you get, but I can´t afford to eat like that every day! :)

Das Nude in Canggu war lange Zeit einer meiner Favoriten, da sie wirklich tolles Essen machen. Es war eines der ersten Restaurants in Canggu, das gesunde Salate und alle möglichen Burger anbot.

Ich gehe immer noch gerne dorthin, aber es ist definitiv einer der teuereren. Immer noch gut für das, was man bekommt, aber ich kann es mir nicht leisten, jeden Tag so zu essen! :)

This restaurant is perfect for lunch if you´re really hungry. Even the salads here will stuff you until late evening. A friend recommended me the salad I had there and I loved it. Since that I always order that salad. I was never that stuffed from a salad before.

But you will soon see why.

The last time we went there we had the following.

• MOROCCAN SPICED FALAFEL SALAD (Shaved beetroot, apple, cardamon spiced carrots, roast cashews, feta and of course falafel)
• SLOW ROAST PORK (GFO) (Slow roasted pork belly, BBQ sauce, onion rings, pineapple, avocado salsa served in a charcoal bun with crispy rosemary potatoes and aioli OR nüde side salad)

An yes, it tasted as good as it sounds!!

Dieses Restaurant ist perfekt für das Mittagessen, wenn man wirklich richtig hungrig ist. Sogar die Salate hier werden einen bis in den späten Abend satt halten. Eine Freundin empfahl mir den Salat, den ich dort hatte und ich fand in mega lecker. Seitdem bestelle ich immer diesen Salat. Ich war noch nie so voll von einem einzigen Salat.

Aber du wirst gleich sehen warum.

Das letzte Mal, als wir dort waren, hatten wir folgendes.

• MAROKKANISCHER FALAFELSALAT (gehobelte Rote Beete, Apfel, Kardamom-Gewürz-Möhren, geröstete Cashew, Feta und natürlich Falafel)
• SLOW ROAST PORK (GFO) (Langsam gebratener Schweinebauch, BBQ-Sauce, Zwiebelringe, Ananas, Avocado-Salsa) serviert in einem Holzkohlenbrötchen mit knusprigen Rosmarinkartoffeln und Aioli oder Salatbeilage

Ja, es hat so gut geschmeckt wie es klingt!!

But they do not only serve good food. They also have very delicious cold pressed juices, smoothies and good coffee.

This definitely is a Restaurant you should not skip on your Trip to Canggu.

Aber sie servieren nicht nur gutes Essen. Sie haben auch sehr leckere kaltgepresste Säfte, Smoothies und guten Kaffee.

Dies ist definitiv ein Restaurant, das du auf deiner Reise nach Canggu nicht auslassen solltest.
