I wonder what you mean by the text above. The last part means you cited it.. did I write this? You should not write in this way because it means you cite someone and because it isn't me you should mention the source if it's someone else.
If it's the text you say you better use " and make it clear you say it or it's a remark of yours.
People who keep asking for money will always manipulate the one who gives in. The higher the need the need and greed the less chance they will ever ask if the friend who gives might need it himself.
You have told the story in which a friend gave money to the other friend and asked him to return the money.
I said that he asked to pay back might he needs money too. It is right that the way of his asking was not good.
I agree, the fact you have to ask is bad and for sure this isn't a friend but parasite
