INGREDIENTS
20 Green mangoes.
750 Grams of sugar.
PREPARATION
Peel the mangoes, wash very well.
Place the mangoes in a large pot and add enough water, put on the fire and boil for about 30 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let cool.
With the help of a strainer (drainer) sift to obtain the pulp of the fruit.
Place the pulp in a pot and add the sugar, put on a high heat and constantly move with a lollipop.
When the boil bursts, lower to medium heat while constantly moving.
Continue moving and place over low heat, place a few drops of dye to your liking, usually yellow or red is used.
When your appearance becomes crystalline and bright, turn off and off the heat.
Servir caliente en envases.
