Muchas veces nos sentimos agobiados, porque no podemos alcanzar una meta o un sueño, y es en ese instante donde tenemos que llenarnos de valor para poder cumplir nuestro objetivos. ¿Que es lo que nos detiene para lograr lo que deseamos y necesitamos ¿Cuales son nuestros obstáculos ? ¿como lograrlo ?, Fácil solo es empezar, continuar, seguir, confiar, reiniciar, perseguir y perseverar nuestro sueños no esperemos que las cosas sucedan
- todo es posible en la medida que tu creas que es posible
- no hay meta inalcanzable si no gente que se cansa en la mitad del camino
- que la motivación te ayude arrancar y la constancia a mantenerte en marcha
Decidir cambiar para sentirnos mejor, es descubrir que existe nuevos cambios y que podemos elegir lo que te hace bien.
