Tataki de atún rojo

Otro de los platos que preparamos este fin de semana fue el Tataki de atún. Un plato buenísimo que es fácil de cocina, simplemente se necesita que el atún sea fresco y de buena calidad, el resto se hace solo.

Una plancha bien caliente y un poco de aceite de soja, se pone el atún y en cuestión de segundos dorarlo por las cuatro caras del taco. Luego se adereza con sésamo y alguna salsa para acompañar. Aunque ya os digo que si se come tal cual no necesita nada más.

Un plato exquisito y fácil de preparar...
