Estocolmo: toma de contacto. / Stockholm: making contact.

Una vez instalados en el hotel salimos ilusionados a recorrer la ciudad. Además, estábamos muy hambrientos, así que decidimos ir directamente al centro y cenar allí.

El casco antiguo de Estocolmo es la primigenia ciudad medieval. Esta parte recibe el nombre de Gamla Stan.

Aquí se comenzó a construir y fortificar la ciudad en 1255 creándose el primer centro urbano de Estocolmo.

En esta isla se levantó una imponente fortificación para proteger la entrada al lago Mälaren de los ataques y saqueos.

Actualmente, el centro turístico de Glam Stan está compuesto de calles estrechas y adoquinadas, antiguas casas señoriales de los siglos XVII y XVIII, así como edificios renacentista muy bien conservados.

Tras la cena, volvimos caminando al hotel y disfrutando de los reflejos y luces en los canales de agua tranquilos. No les falta razón a los que denominan a la ciudad de Estocolmo con el sobrenombre de la Venecia del Norte.

Después de planear el día siguiente, finalmente nos nos retiramos a descansar. Como anochece tan tarde no se tiene la sensación de la verdadera hora que es. Mañana, sin duda, nos espera un día muy intenso y lleno de emociones. Espero tener algo de tiempo para iros contando. Nos vemos.

Stockholm: making contact.

Once installed in the hotel we left excited to tour the city. Also, we were very hungry so we decided to go straight to the center and have dinner there.

The old town of Stockholm is the original medieval city. This part is called Gamla Stan.

Here it was begun to build and fortify the city in 1255 creating the first urban center of Stockholm.

On this island an imposing fortress was built to protect the entrance to Lake Mälaren from attacks and looting.

Currently, the tourist center of Glam Stan is composed of narrow cobbled streets, old stately homes of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, as well as Renaissance buildings very well preserved.

After dinner we walked back to the hotel and enjoying the reflections and lights in the quiet water channels. They do not lack reason to which they denominate to the city of Stockholm with the nickname of the Venice of North.

After planning the next day, we finally retired to rest. As night falls so late you do not have the feeling of the true hour it is. Tomorrow, without a doubt, a very intense and full of emotions awaits us. I hope I have some time to tell you. See you.

Hice las fotografías con mi iPhone 6. Para la edición utilicé la aplicación Snapseed y para la firma digital usé la App Watermark.

Los dibujos los hice en el iPad con el programa Sketches.

For the photography I use my iPhone 6. For edition I use the Snapseed application and for the digital signature the Watermark app.

Everything I did on my mobile phone, I did not use the computer at all.

For the drawings, I use the Sketches program and paint them on the tablet.
