Rock Classics #7 - Rammstein - FEUER FREI
Rock Classics is back with Rammstein
Steemians - here comes edition #7 of Rock Classics - the music i grew up with. When I started on Steemit I also tried to create a MetalMonday challenge / tag - I never used it anymore but today this tag deserves usage again - with Rammstein. Maybe we can create more posts around it soon again. Techno, Metal, Beer, Football, Photography - I certainly have too many areas of interest. You can say a wide / broad personality, you could also say not focused enough. However here comes THE German Rock Band - some might say this is not really Metal. They combine various different influences but the guitar and bass combination is for sure Metal. At least they are Rock Classic Performers - or are they too young? I prefer them over Scorpions from my country at least.
About Rammstein
Some sources say they are an industrial metal band (whatever that should mean) and are known for "Neue Deutsche Härte". However - foundation was in Berlin in 1994. Since then they play with the same line-up of musicians!
They sing in German mainly and are famous for their bombastic pyrotechnic live shows. Please listen and watch some of the songs - I still have doubts about the messages from their lyrics - they are strange but maybe I am not intelligent enough to get behind the storytelling approach.

Mein seltsamer Musikgeschmack ist wieder präsent - dieser Heavy Metal und Rock lässt mich nicht los, auch wenn ich ebenso Techno liebe und versuche jedem Musikgenre etwas abzugewinnen. Rammstein ist ja kontrovers (nicht nur da es ein ähnlich klingendes Dörfchen in meiner Heimat der Pfalz gibt), die Sounds sind einfach mega genial, zu den Texten befragt Ihr bitte meine Frau, die versteht diese immer noch!
I grew up with Rammstein and even this afternoon while writing my post, I listened to Du Hast and Keine Lust :)
Rammstein is not really the music type I like, but when I saw for the first time there DVD, I was really impressed. The music with their performance on stage with all the fire and all, it really fitted.

This is absolutely crazy. At the beginning of Feuer Frei! it sounded like Fireflow by Owl City but... THEN THE PARTY GETS STARTED. This is so crazy. So much energy, power and passion I just want to get up and start going crazy haha
