Hey Steamitions! My intro

Hey there,

My name's Tom and as my profile suggests i've recently been traveling, in fact I still am!

How I got here was not how you would expect. I actually found out about Steemit through a couch surfing host, the same host who explained about bit coins and crytocurrency. To be honest I hadn't heard of this but knew what bitcoin was (kind of..)

So I thought I'd give it a go...and since I'm traveling I wanted to share my experiences. So far I've taken snaps of the good and stuck em on facebook and instagram like every other person. All (well most of) the pictures have been taken on my phone, I don't have any fancy camera- not even a go pro! 🤥

Anyway I hope you enjoy some of the snaps, feel free to ask me anything, I'm not always around wifi and my data plan kinda sucks so could be offline for a while.

Oh and by the way, the pic above is my first full day traveling near Bondi beach! The bird is a Mcaw and I'm pretty sure it was wild which was awesome!
