Introducing Steve Newbold and Tyler Newberry, creators of Thunderbird and Kid
Hello Steemit, I am Steve Newbold and I am introducing myself and Tyler Newberry, the creators of Thunderbird and Kid, a Steemit Comic. I also have a solo-account @electricsheeple. This account is both ours and will be used to publish our comic book strip Thunderbird and Kid.
Thunderbird and Kid is a comic strip about a boy and his magical 1980's professional wrestling doll. Tyler and I had discussed doing a pro wrestling based comic strip for awhile. We finished the first strip a few days ago and decided that Steemit was the perfect place to publish the comic.

I'll be doing most of the writing and Tyler most of the drawing. But Tyler will write some issues and I'll help out with drawing some of the backgrounds and will be inking it on a Cintiq.

(Would you say it is kid friendly? I might point my sons to it...but we are quite conservative...so, dont need any funny stuff... )

Im glad you enjoy it! I would say PG-13. Thunderbird probably wouldn't do anything Scott Hall wouldn't do.

Here a few tips for starters snce you probably won't get any advice from those who comment under here, here's what I gathered thus far.
It's tough to make money at first so if that's your main cause to be on here grind that into your head straight away, that doesn't mean you shouldn't post content, you should, but enganging with others in the comment sections to grow your following is your best bet. Which categories?
Probably the introduce yourself one and the photography section but you can choose things that you have knowledge about too and then go from there just know that there is a lot of crap on here so plowing through that just to connect with others can be tough. Cheers.
