I'm not a big fan of self-made descriptions and I hate travel guides. I always take a small notebook with me when I travel around. An old church, some annoyed faces in the bus, the sole of my shoes or the view I had from the balcony of my ex-girlfriend's flat. I use to draw frames of what I have in front of me, everything can be inspiring.

I've learned it from a college friend – which is now a professional comic books illustrator, but that doesn't matter – and I kept doing it myself. You stare at something for a while, and then, you draw it. Easy.

Every page is meaningful: draws might not be masterpieces themselves, but every time I look at them, it's like going back in time. Vivid pieces of reality, fixed in black and white. I want to let your imagination flow, and give you the freedom to guess what kind of shape my drop has, as we're all just drops right?

I decided to introduce myself by giving you a frame of my life. I could have started saying I'm a freelance journalist, a poker player, a free thinker or a conspirator, who really knows. But I chose to share this part of me. What can you expect from somebody who's trying to sound like a band, despite the fact he's playing on his own? Is it really necessary to tell you I'm friendly, extroverted, confused...Nope, and that's the power of imagination.

Here you have a video, some draws, and those lines I'm writing right now. That's quite enough I guess. At least, I hope the time you've spent here was worth more than stalking some random friend's friend profile on Facebook...;)

Why Steemit? It might just be a waste of time or, perhaps, a good chance to share thoughts, experience, stories, and give them all together the value they deserve. We are not our work, our house, our car. We all worth more than that.

If Steemit will be the future or just one of the countless failed attempt in the human history to undermine hierarchies, well, nobody knows. At least, it helped me writing a blog in English, which was something I wanted to do for a long time. Who knows if we'll all be part of a sea change, for sure that's one of the reasons we ended up here ;)
