¡¡¡Muy buenas Steemians!!! Hoy os traigo un pescadito muy típico de mi 'Málaga bonita', preparado de una forma un poco oriental muy aromática.
HI STEMIANS!!! Today I bring you how cook a very typical fish of my 'Beautiful Málaga', prepared with a very aromatic oriental style.
En este caso el pescado es una "Pedazo" de lubina salvaje a la plancha con un ravioli de col china, verduras aromatizadas y una emulsión de cítricos... "para chuparse los dedos".
In this case the fish is a huge wild sea bass grilled with a Chinese cabbage, ravioli with flavored vegetables and a citrus emulsion... 'It's finger licking good'.
Empezamos con las verduras finamente cortadas aromatizadas con salsa de soja.
We start with finely chopped vegetables flavored with soy sauce.
Y hacemos la infusión con los cítricos, ralladura de lima, limón, genjibre, citronela y un toque especial con unas gotas de aceite de sésamo.
And we make a infusion with citrus, lime zest, lemon, ginger, citronella and a special touch with a few drops of sesame oil.
