¡¡¡Muy buenas Steemians!!! Hoy os enseño como hacer plato que sorprende por su sabor, lo podéis presentar tipo cocktail como plato principal.

Es una carrillada de cerdo estofada con sus verduras, vino blanco y un buen vinagre de Jerez y la acompañamos con un rico cous cous de verdura fínamente picadas para su buena presentacion.

Mientras las carrilladas se van cocinando lentamente vamos a preparar el cous cous aderezado de un buen caldo de verduras y sus verduras bien salteadas.

Mezclamos las verduras con el cous cous.

Oh mi santo, esto se ve BRUTAL!!! Sabes lo mucho que yo amo el cous cous???? Me encanta incluso solo con mantequilla...!
