Food for thought.

Hi my name is Soekie, as I am sitting here in my room and starring through the window. I am just feeling so lost in this big world.

But then I was just thinking I am not alone in this big bad world, there are so many other people feeling worst then
me, so now what I will do is just start over.

Today my thoughts want to make me feel sad, and what I use to do when I had the blues. Chocolate was my joy button, so why not get one, oh yes I can not eat chocolate now, with being diagnosed with sugar diabetes.

There must be something else for me to eat to build my body up and even bring healing to me, so I will do some research and come back to let you know what, for those that has this problem, can eat to make us happy like Chocolate use to and in the same time get my body renewed.

From now on I will be posting recipes on Steemit ! I hope you enjoy them.
