Russian Fluent Speech Tutorial #2 - Maaaany Varieties of Question Word "What?"

Good evening, dear Steem users.

It's time to post the second video of the Russian Fluent Speech Series, where I share knowledge on the pronunciation changes which occur to words when people speak fast in everyday life. Today's topic is the question word "what" and its many pronunciation varieties, which may depend on your attitude, mood, intention or regional features. Enjoy!

As a little real time related add-on - small text on the winter comeback in the North-West Russian regions:
Couple of weeks ago many thought that Spring is already there, but suddenly nature did a U-turn. Forecast said "next morning -4 degrees (24 degrees in Fahrenheit system)". Some people already enjoyed picnics and barbequing on the weekend before, some packed their winter clothes farther away in the closets, but the most unlucky ones (around 15% according to official statistic) even changes their winter tires to the summer ones. Well, for now it's almost been two weeks of this Winter comeback. As always some got upset, somebody got hyped and reinstalled a Christmas tree as a joke. Children liked the snow. Many posted on Instagram white snow shots with names like "the 20th of April in Russia" etc. I personally found the comeback ok and even somewhat magical and melancholic - little chance to relive some emotions one had during winter. The funniest comment on the weather situation came from one of our family friends who migrated from a far north city "Kirovsk" (near Murmansk port). He said: "It's cool that winter's back. I thought it kinda left too early this year". In his places snow is a common thing till the middle of June.

P.s. The implementation of environmental project of placing trash bags and collecting trash near the forest lake, which I wrote about in the previous post is stopped because of the forest being covered with ice and snow.
