Fishing on Reelfoot Lake - Tennessee

Some friends and I decided to take a long weekend and do some fishing on Reelfoot Lake in Tennessee a couple weeks ago.  Here are some of the photos from the trip.  It ended up being cold and windy so not much good fishing went down, but it is a beautiful lake.  I caught a few nice crappie with minnows about 2' down around some of the cypress stumps.

The lake is beautiful with eagles nests set up in many of the cypress trees.  These majestic looking trees poke up all over the lake, along the edges, and in the middle of the lake.

The cabin we stayed in has a private dock as well as this shore area to pull up the boats for the night.
